Krab Rangoon Dip with A Frame Sauce

16oz imitation crab (or a can of crab meat/fresh crab, I just prefer the sweetness of “k”rab for this dip)
- in a large bowl, shred the krab
8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp lemon juice or half a fresh lemon, squeezed
2 tsp soy sauce/coconut aminos
1 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp A Frame Original Datil Pepper Sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced1/2 tsp black pepper
- add ingredients to krab and mix well
1 cup shredded mozzarella
- fold in mozzarella and pour entire mixture into a breezed skillet/Pyrex/ceramic bowl
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella on top of dip
- Bake on 350 (in oven or smoker) for 25-30 minutes, until dip is bubbly and mozzarella is browning
- Drizzle AFrame and top with green onions
- Serve with pita chips or homemade wonton chips
