- Season Chicken Thighs With S&P
- Place Into A Cast Iron Skillet
- Set-up Big Green Egg For Indirect Cooking & Dial Temp To 275F for Smoking & 375F For Baking
- Optional: Other Smoker, Grill Or Oven
- Optional: If Smoking Use Some Extra Wood For Added Smoke Flavor
- *Once Internal Temperature Reaches 150F
- Liberally Coat With AFRAME Original Sauce
- 5-10 Minutes Later Sauce One More Time
- Remove Once The Internal Temperature Reaches At Least 165F
- Serve with wild rice and steamed broccoli
- Enjoy
