A FRAME SAUCE CHICKEN THIGHS

  • Season Chicken Thighs With S&P 
  • Place Into A Cast Iron Skillet
  • Set-up Big Green Egg For Indirect Cooking & Dial Temp To 275F for Smoking & 375F For Baking
  • Optional:  Other Smoker, Grill Or Oven
  • Optional:  If Smoking Use Some Extra Wood For Added Smoke Flavor 
  • *Once Internal Temperature Reaches 150F
  • Liberally Coat With AFRAME Original Sauce
  • 5-10 Minutes Later Sauce One More Time
  • Remove Once The Internal Temperature Reaches At Least 165F
  • Serve with wild rice and steamed broccoli
  • Enjoy
